School Administrative Assistant

The Radstone Primary School seeks to appoint a School Administrative Assistant. We are looking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to provide excellent administrative, financial and receptionist support.

The Radstone, is a primary school within The Hawksmoor Learning Trust. It is a newly opened school built in the heart of the local community on the new Radstone Fields development, in Brackley. We aim to create happy and vibrant school where doing the best we can for all children in our care is at the heart of everything we do. We have the highest aspirations for every child and place great value upon celebrating both individual achievement and personal development as children learn and grow with us.


It is a uniquely attractive primary school, combining both the traditional and the modern to provide state of the art facilities. It has extensive grounds, including three, junior football pitches and at Multi Use Games Area. As the initial staffing will be small, the post holder will be required to be very flexible and prepared to roll their sleeves up to make our fabulous new school a success.

You will have at least three years’ similar experience, ideally in a school setting. Being the first person who visitors to the school encounter, makes this an important role. Knowledge of a pupil information management system and financial management system would be an advantage. You should be a cheerful and motivated individual who is able to work both independently, showing good initiative and effectively within a team; is organised and works well under pressure, is personable, professional and welcoming to all visitors, pupils’ parents and staff. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent ICT skills to produce professional documentation.
